Returns and Refund
Currently we do not offer any refunds or returns. We do however have an exchange policy in the event that :
1. Your order item arrives damaged
2. Your delivery does not match what you ordered
Receiving your order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us as soon as possible, explaining your situation and providing photos as proof. If your exchange request is accepted, you will be able to exchange your item(s) for the same or items of equivalent value depending on availability of stock.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at sales@rozanas.com or through our customer support line at +255 753 018 733 for further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
